Our approach looks to re-align your body for optimal performance and in so doing reducing pain levels for old and new injuries alike. We also dip into the psychology of injury. Exploring your fears, concerns and beliefs about your injury and address each in turn to leave you feeling more confident about your body and it’s ability to perform in the way that you want it to.

If we can improve the way in which you move using our hands on work, exercise and movement pattern advice or allaying any fears we can get long lasting improvements that stay with you.
